A: Even 1Gbps is incredibly fast. One Gigabit is 1000 Megabits (Mb) – not to be confused with Megabytes (MB). Even at the starting point, it’s one of the fastest internet speeds you can get and will deliver super speeds even with 100 people performing tasks at the same time.
Q: How can I switch to SDC hyperfast broadband from my current provider?
A: SDC are deploying our own fibre network around the Colchester (Severalls)Business Park. Once our infrastructure reaches you, we can provision your connection and you can cancel your contract with your current provider.
Q: When will hyperfast broadband be live in the Colchester Business Park?
A: Deployment will be based on a number of factors, including the amount of interest shown in a given area. Essentially, the first phase will be delivered to the first businesses within our immediate area.
